Paul Stephen Rahneff (1902-1987) was born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. He immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1920s. He was ordained with the Eastern District Council of the Assemblies of God and served as an evangelist and missionary to the Gypsies of Bulgaria. He resigned from the AG in 1940 in order to serve a broader ministry base. He passed away in Sun City, Arizona, Oct. 7, 1987.
